As a Realtor, I understand how busy your day can get. I also understand how important it is for you to keep your listings looking as good as they can while actively showing the home for sale. That's where we come in. We can visit your listings weekly to make sure the home looks ready for the new buyers to walk in.
- Are the toilet seats down in all the bathrooms? Have they been flushed or did someone USE one and????
- Was it windy, does the front walk way need to be blown clear of debris?
- Is someone keeping an eye out to make sure the pool service or landscaper is doing what they are supposed to?

It's important to be able to offer your clients referrals for trusted services even AFTER close of escrow.
- Is this a vacation home for your clients?
- Do they need someone to watch it for them while they aren't here?
- Do you have someone you can trust to make sure they are taken care of and provided a level of service they deserve?
- A prepaid home watch plan would make an excellent closing gift for buyers who you know have just about everything else!!!!!
